Immediately to the left after walking through
  the main gate, the garden entry features pavers
  proclaiming Hope, Care, Love, Respect, Joy...
  until the explorer reaches the huge urn.
  After pausing to drink in the magnificent
  surrounding garden, you will see that around
  this stunning centre-piece the pavers continue;
  among the values which now greet the eye
  are Humour, Share, Harmony and Honesty.

Our Values Garden

Our recently finished Values Garden is a place of rest and reflection within the school grounds. Nestled in a bed of crushed limestone are concrete pavers which students constructed themselves. Embedded in the pavers, pebbles spell out the values which are promoted within the classroom and without at Tumbulgum Public School. Focus of the garden is a huge urn; a sun-dial adds an air of timelessness. The whole garden is bordered with mondo grass, bromelliads and tropical plants, all shaded by a huge laurel tree.
